SHIPPING: YUMMIESJOYWEAR uses the United States Postal Service and UPS to ship within the continental US, as well as its territories and Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days. All shipments other than specified will be shipped Ground. Normal shipping times in the United States and Canada are between 5 and 7 working days. Canada shipments may be subject to customs duties, levies and/or taxes. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions regarding duties and/or taxes, please contact your local customs office. Please note: overnight, express or expedited may be delayed by customs and we are not responsible for any delays due to inspection of goods. RETURNS: YUMMIESJOYWEAR would like to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your merchandise within 20 days of purchase for an equal exchange or full refund less shipping charges. Shipping is not refundable on returns or exchanges unless you received damaged merchandise. We do however; cover return shipping costs on items which were shipped incorrectly. No return or exchange is allowed without a Return Authorization Number(RAN). To receive your RAN please email us at YummiesJOY@yahoo.com or send information via website/Customer Service Page with the following information: Your Name, Reason for return and Order number. Once a RAN is provided, you will have 7 business days to return item. If item is returned after the 7 Business days, an administrative/restocking fee is assessed per each item.
